Joining the Amerivest team in 2007, Tom Runyon is no stranger to the area's real estate market. From 2001 until 2007, Tom was Director of Sales & Marketing for Paul Homes, Inc., a Cape Coral based custom home builder. Tom is a seasoned Broker-Associate with over 15 years of real estate and residential sales experience right here in Southwest Florida! A member of the building industry's Sales and Marketing Council, Tom also holds the CSP sales designation (Certified New Home Salesperson).
Tom graduated from Bishop Verot High School in Ft. Myers, where he met his wife of now 23 years, Sonia Devic-Runyon. Tom also holds a B.A. degree in Business Management from the University of South Florida and an MBA from Florida Gulf Coast University. Besides the love of his life, Tom has two children (Thomas and Annick) and a corgie named Pumpkin! Tom and his family have been Southwest Florida residents since 1975.
